• Dr. Nishant Kumar is one of the very few Eye Doctors in India to have completed all his eye training in the UK and achieved registration on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council.
• Dr. Nishant Kumar successfully completed the Membership (MRCOphth London) and Fellowship (FRCOphth London) examinations from the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London.
• Dr. Nishant Kumar completed numerous Fellowships in medical retina, surgical retina and uveitis in some of the leading centers in the UK.
• Dr. Nishant Kumar also served as Deputy Chairman of the Ophthalmic Training Group of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London. He was elected to this post by all the Ophthalmic trainees across the UK.
• As Deputy Chairman he served on the Professional Standard’s Committee and Training Committee at the Royal College Ophthalmologists.
